The fee is credited towards our full service fee if you engage us. Once paid, a booking cannot be cancelled. The only refund: you attend a 30-minute consultation and, by its end, we cannot give you a Go or No-Go on the matter you asked about. We then refund that fee. A No-Go counts, whether or not you agree with it. Our Go or No-Go is a professional view based on what you tell us, not a promise of approval.
